Improper charge, want refund immediately

    I was just notified by my bank that a charge of $118 was placed on my account by WordPress. If you take a look, you will see that the account has been dormant for a very long time. I did not authorize this charge and would like an immediate refund. Do not ever charge me again without authorization Thank you. I would appreciate a response. This is for goodmorningbody.com

    All subscriptions on WordPress.com renew once a year unless you deactivate the automatic renewal. We can help you cancel the upgrades and issue a refund, however, we’ll need you to reach us from the account you used to create the site.

    It’s best if you reply to the email we sent you after renewing your plan. If you do not see that email, you can also search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. There you’d be able to use the Contact Us link to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this.
    To proof your ownership of that site, we need some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
