Improper collection on my credit card

    Hi. I was billed for you on my card twice this February. I do not recognize this purchase. I will be moving an action against you if the discounted amount of my card without authorization is not returned. Please cancel the purchases you are making on my behalf without authorization.

    Unfortunately, you failed to provide any details. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

    What is the username account and the site URL does this relate to?

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com, and you’ve never bought an upgrade using this account. We don’t even have any credit card details on file for you.

    Do you own another username account and site on WordPress.com? Did you receive a receipt from us? That should indicate both the product and the site for which the upgrade was purchased.
