Improve the feedback forms on posts

  I have a feedback form on my posts, but when I get the email the subject always says “sidebar” and that is really not useful. Also, it doesn’t tell me which url it was submitted from, so the user makes a reference to something I said in the post but I dont know which post it was.

  Please add a more useful subject and please record the url – send both to me in the email notification.

  Hi there!

  I took a look at your site. It looks like the feedback form you’re having trouble with is in the “After Post” widget section. It looks like your readers could easily get confused and think that this is the comment form for your post rather than a direct email to you. You may want to move this form to a different widget section to alleviate confusion.

  Our feedback forms aren’t really meant to be post-specific, since that’s what comments are for. But I’ll note this down just in case we decide to change that in the future.
