Improved document design

    The ‘rich editor’ inserts an h1 if you choose Heading 1 – which sort of makes sense but it also means that the document can have multiple h1s, which isn’t very good from a document design POV.

    There should only be one h1 per document (and that’s the post title) – would be better to start at h2.
