"Improved Experience" New Post Screen format is off

  The improved experience new post format has changed recently and I now have a large blank area under the post title, and the box to actually write in is at the bottom of the page. I am typing on a laptop with 1366×768 resolution. I have tried clearing cache but it did not help. The old unimproved post page layout is still correct, only the ‘improved experience’ screen is layout is off.
