'Improved Posting Experience'
-
It seems like there’s been an update to this version of the site. On the top there used to be options to select My Posts vs. Everyone’s and toggle between Published/Scheduled/Drafts/etc. Now we can only see our own published posts. Any info on why this is different/if we can go back to how it used to look?
Thanks!

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting.
And, that is why we are all prompted to provide the relevant URL when we create a new thread.

We have two user interfaces now and two editors. I use only the classic editor, and not the new so-called “improved” editor.
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL
You cannot deactivate the new Beep Beep Boop editor but you do not have to use it. For locating the ways and means of accessing the legacy or classic pages for creating posts, editing posts, and for viewing stats see here > Navigating the Classic WordPress.COM interface http://onecoolsite.wordpress.com/2015/04/05/navigating-the-classic-wordpress-com-interface/
On the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New*http://REPLACE_WITH_ ACTUAL _NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
To create posts in the classic editor for you that link is:
http://tiplrmag.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
On the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts one can hover over any post title and click the Edit link. and proceed with editing.*http://REPLACE_WITH_ ACTUAL _NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
To edit posts in the classic editor go to
