improved posting experience hangs on TOR

    The Improved Posting Experience gets stuck on load while using the latest TOR browser bundle. Users will continue to have to go to their dashboard at:

    username.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    Please fix this before doing any sort of migration to the new system which prevents the old system from working for users in TOR. Bloggers are jailed and tortured daily for voicing their views (Maikel Nabil and Raif Badawi are just two examples), and using TAILS and TOR are essentially the only way to ensure the anonymity of a blog. This is more important than ever in a world in which the NSA is cooperating with oppressive and dictatorial regimes to crack down on freedom of speech.

    Fortunately, TAILS is remarkably easy for developers to support. Since every USB stick that loads TAILS is identical and contains the latest TOR browser bundle, all a developer needs to see what happens at the user end is to make their own pen with TAILS.

    The issue continues in the latest release cantidate for TAILS, 2.0~rc1, which uses TOR browser 5.5a6.

    The page hangs while loading.
