Improving search function on vacancy page

    Hi everyone,

    We have a vacancy page: http://www.fuelrecruitment.co.uk/jobs/
    that queries an in-house database to return searches on the live vacancies we currently have. We want to add a salary field but the problem we have is the field is an open text one. We also have the problem that with such a large number of live vacancies (usually over 100) the page looks messy and overwhelming to the user. Does anyone have any suggestions to make this search table more user friendly and efficient?
