    I have been trying to import posts from my other blog to this one but there is something wrong with my account and I’m not able to do so.
    I was wondering if you could help me out with this case.

    Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?

    If yes, what is the URL?

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

    Hi, I’ve cleared your stuck import, but I can’t tell right now why it was stuck. Can you remove any unmoderated and spam comments, and then try making your export once more? Then use that clean export file to try again.
