In a dropdown menu, can a subcategory display multiple subcategories?

Hello
I have a dropdown menu on my blog- Travel – that shows several subcategories such as China, South Africa, Southeast Asia etc.
However under the subcategories, is it also possible to put multiple subcategories (subsubcategories?)?What happened is I created Vietnam and Cambodia as subcategories under Southeast Asia, but only Vietnam shows when you move your mouse over Southeast Asia. I’d like it to show multiple countries when you move your mouse over Southeast Asia.
I’d appreciate any help, thanks.
