In accurate stats of people viewing the Blog and not all can get on Blog

THis is a private Blog, I have a list of attendees, I have followers that accepted that dare shown as waiting, I have followers who can get on to the BLog that I have no record of the accepting my invitation, and I have people who registered, chose a log-on name and password and can not get on the Blog. How do I fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress is allowing viewers but they are not listed as accepted in invitations section.
Followers list is incomplete based on those who I know are viewing the Blog.
Generally the stats and viewers have lots of problems. -
I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide the usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers with accounts as well as email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Please note that our stats do not show you exactly who is viewing your blog. Can you show me where you found who is viewing your blog?
This is complicated but for beginning peanutdg and eot711 are showing as not accepted but they are on the Blog and posting.
Please note that Followers are not necessarily the users you invited to view your blog. The users invited to view the blog can be found when you go to Settings > Reading in your Dashboard. I found that the users you provided were invited, but are not following your blog.
Followers are invited users who decide that they want email notifications for every new post you write.

My problem was being a newbie to WordPress. I still can not wrap my mind around all of it but your note helped me a lot.
Starting my Blog was like jumping into the deep end of the pool and not being a swimmer. I had 1800 hits rather quickly and was trying to keep up with the traffic and their inexperience at the same time.
