In Bouquet theme, I cannot find the Meta widget

  In Bouquet theme, I cannot find the Meta widget. So I cannot log in or log out.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have just started a new blog thinklife365.wordpress.com using Bouquet theme. I want to have a Meta widget that enables log in and log out. It is not available in the widgets list. Please help.
