In Chunk, how do I change my "Older Posts" link from text to button?
-
I am using the theme Chunk, and on my main posting page (http://lornastasiw.com/portfolio-4/), when you reach the bottom of the page, the “Older Posts” link has a button. When you go into the archives (http://lornastasiw.com/category/branding/) the “Older Posts” link becomes text. How do I change this to a button?

You will have on subsequent pages, after clicking “older posts” both a newer and older link at the bottom. The following changes them to a button style, but the funny thing is that the a chunk of the “newer” button appears (block to the right of the older button. Not sure how to get that NOT to appear on the first page of an archive.
.nav-next, .nav-previous { background: #333333; border-radius: 1px 1px 1px 1px; cursor: pointer; font-size: 13px; padding: 6px 16px; } .nav-next a, .nav-previous a { color: #EEEEEE; text-decoration: none; } -
The button appears on both before and after pages. Could there be some kind of leftover code hanging around that’s causing it?

When you are on the first page of something, the only button that should be there is for the older posts. There is something in the code leaving the leftovers. Let me work on another idea to get around that issue.

Ok, this will fix it. I’ve moved everything over to the text link selectors instead. Remove the previous and add this.
.nav-next a, .nav-previous a { background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #333333; border-radius: 1px 1px 1px 1px; color: #EEEEEE; cursor: pointer; font-size: 13px; padding: 6px 16px; text-decoration: none; } -
