In-field advertisement in top article list

  I want to display in-field advertisements in the top article list.
  Because the CSS code is difficult, I am told that I can not do it by chat, so I will ask you in the forum.

  Although I want to help, I do not know what to recommend regarding modifying PHP within a WordPress.com site except to build a custom theme or using a plugin to control the advertisements.
