in google crawl after each post username is comming

Hi I have submitted my sitemap for google crawl.
in site map all posts urls are same.But while crawling after each post user name is comming.
So i am getting 404 error.Original post: http://sharepointdeveloper.info/different-types-of-document-libraries/

Note that WordPress.COM provides sitemaps to all search engines for all free hosted WordPress.COM blogs like the empty one linked to your username and there is nothing we need to do. It’s automatic > http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/
The site you link to above is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate sites with different username accounts and logins. You are posting to the wrong support forum. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
