In house, Tiny URLs?

  I am looking to see if WordPress has a Tiny URL for non-WordPress URLs, not URLs of WordPress pages. Or is there some coding that could help?

  For in-house URLs ie. WordPress.com URLs see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/shortlinks/
  For other non-wordpress.com URLs use one of the services on the net like nhttp://tinyurl.com/
