In IE – Cannot See Posts / In Mozilla & Chrome – Cannot See Media

    Cannot see media in Mozilla & Chrome, but I need to see what I last uploaded in IE.

    Cannot see any posts nor all of the features to create a new post in IE.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    I have deleted cookies, browsing history, and such with no success.
    I have updated the IE version, with no success.
    I have tried compatibility mode, with no success.
    I have tried NO compatibility mode, with no success.

    Also, how do I contact support? This seems to be going to the community. That’s not what it said on the previous screen.

    Hi there,

    I’m very sorry you haven’t received a response before now. Are you still having issues viewing your media library and your post editor? If so, please let me know and I’ll be happy to work through this with you.

    If you are, could you please let me know which browsers you’ve tried, along with the versions, and we can go from there.
