In Linux mint Deb, How do I resolve wordpress DB not found & wp-admin not found

    Hello, I want to run the following command on a Linux Mint Debian distribution (on a local PC not on a hosting group) when I do I receive the error below. The file is their but but I am not sure what privileges to set on the directory/file if any. I have searched all through the internet and have not found anything that works also when i try to access WordPress I receive the second error below. I am new to this and I am struggling. I have phpmyadmin working if that helps.Thank you!

    wp-admin install.php
    wp-admin: command not found
    —-
    2. Firefox—-
    localhost/wordpress
    The requested URL /wordpress was not found on this server.
    Apache/2.4.6 (Debian) Server at localhost Port 80
