in Menus in Appearances, I no longer have the option to add Pages
-
I no longer have the option of adding Pages in the Menus setting under Appearances, so I can’t link pages to the menu. The “About” page has disappeared and I don’t know how to get it back. That disappearance seems to have caused the problem with the Menus setting.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Volunteers cannot view private blogs, hence helping you is like working in the dark wearing blinders.
By default the front page of the blog is the page that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page. You can create a custom menu and include your own Home page in it instead. You can include whichever items you want and exclude all others.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-pagesIf that’s not what you mean and you are referring to Pages and you have other Pages that are not displaying I suggest you go to > Dashboard > Pages > All Pages and hover over the Page titles then click “edit” and check the page visibility settings in the Publish module.
edit pages screen http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/Troubleshooting – My Pages aren’t appearing
They must be public pages – not private – not drafts.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/If you created a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ then you can add Pages to it and create the order you want.
