Our old admin left our company and only gave me limited admin access before doing so. I need the full admin access, but have no way of contacting our old admin. What are my options?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there,
Staff cannot simply transfer a blog to you that you do not own nor can they arbitrarily make you an Admin based on your say so. You need to contact the owner of the blog. There is only one option for transferring a blog to another username account. Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.

The blog`s owner can transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B that person must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.

Next A adds the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
    adding users http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
    user roles http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

Lastly, A can use this process to transfer the blog to that username account B instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

Thanks! Our company owns the domain name on the blog. I apologize as I’m not very technical and this may be a silly question, but if we own the domain name, could we set up another blog instead and transfer the domain name to that?

If you cannot remember the login information for a WordPress.com account, your best bet is to try the account recovery process here:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

Due to the private nature of information required for account recovery and the public nature of these forums, we cannot help with account recovery here.

Thanks! Our company owns the domain name on the blog.

That is a question you should talk to the account recovery team about. The answer is yes, but it depends on how exactly you are trying to do that.
