In need of refund but took my card details of

  I removed my payment plan and card when I realised I was being charged, I then asked for a refund but have not received it so have put my card details back on. Will I receive a refund

  I have also lost another 158.40 a few years before which I am trying to a get a refund for but have no way of contacting them properly without paying monthly

  I have checked your account and can confirm that you have cancelled the recent plan renewal and have been issued a refund of £158.40.

  The refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find the copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  If you haven’t received the refund even after the said time, let us know and we’ll take a look.

  As already stated in your previous thread at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/unauthorised-charges-4/, a billing of a few years ago is way over our refund periods. Refund periods are limited in time – https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#refund-periods – you won’t get a refund for a payment several years ago.
