  What domain are you trying to transfer?

  The account you are posting from is 4 hours old and looks to have a free WordPress.com subdomain website, whose domain cannot be used elsewhere.

  Do you need to be logged in with a different username account that purchased a custom domain name from WordPress.com? If so, please log out of this account and then log back in with the correct account and post back in this thread. Thanks.
