    I can’t seem to do anything because of this message, but I have already validated my email address twice, logged out and in again, tried different browsers… Please fix my account.

    I do not see any sites under your @ooper01 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    I don’t have a site yet. It is a brand new account without a site. I wanted to ask a question on a forum about the Woocommerce FedEx plugin and it required me to create an account first, so I created the account.

  • So you are trying to open a support ticket on WooCommerce.com?

    Our logs show you verified your WordPress.com account five hours ago when you created it. If you’re getting an error on WooCommerce.com that your account is unverified, the issue is on that end.

    Try logging out and clearing your browser cookies for both WordPress.com and WooCommerce.com, then log back in.

    That said, you can also ask presales questions there without being logged in at all. Go to https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ and click on the section to ask a question about a plugin you want to buy. Then click the Contact link there to open a ticket with their presales team.
