In regards to our website no longer working for no apparent reason

    The problem is that whoever enters the WordPress website is not able to open it. Here is what the error message that appears says: ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.’. I would be very glad if you could assist in solving this issue as we are unaware of what could have caused this issue.

    Hey there, can you clarify which website you’re struggling with, or send a link to the page that gives you that error?

    Also, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link, and we can point you in the right direction.

    If it is definitely hosted somewhere else, we’d recommend contacting your host first, to see if they can help you restore a recent working backup, then searching and posting in the forums for the free WordPress software if you need more help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
