in text citation in css – help!

  can i add in text citation with footnote jumplinks through css? or is that only in html? i need to cite my sources, but every search sends me to wordpress.org support and suggests plugins, which we can’t do with wordpress.com accounts. help!!

  You can do this by using Page Jumps from within your posts or pages. You enter the code in the Text tab on the editor, not on the Visual tab.
