In the Appearance Menu the Customiser it is not loading

Hello,
I was working on the Mixfolio theme, and the Customizer in the Appearance Menu stopped loading. I closed my computer and decided to change another theme. I switched to Nishita theme and the Customizer it is still not loading I emptied cache and cookies but it didnt make a difference. It says “loading designing tools” for ages and nothing is happening. I am very new to wordpress so I have no idea what to do next. Many thanks for any solutionThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There have been issues with the theme customizer. You do not need to load the design tools unless you have the Custom Design upgrade, which it appears that you have not purchased. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
Appearance > Header
Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > GeneralIf you do purchase the custom design upgrade http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ I suggest being sure you are using a browser and version of it found here http://browsehappy.com and enabling third party cookies and JavaScript.

Ok, Thank you, mystery solved, For me its a long way to go to understand how it all works.
What I just dont understand that it was loading before and not anymore. But I will follow your instructions, many thanks !! -
