Hi there,
The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog at http://yahiatabdelghani.wordpress.com/ are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes, create child themes or our own themes or edit templates.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. Please read > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database. Learn about the differences here. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Oh no! I do apologize. I did not notice this thread was in the CSS Forum. Does this help? http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/how-to-find-your-themes-css/

In another words, Is it possible to customize the footer on fully hosted wordpress.com ?

You can’t do much with the footer without getting your blog suspended.
What did you want to do to the footer?
Current Terms of Service:
11. Attribution. Automattic reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com,’ theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar. Footer credits and the WordPress.com toolbar may not be altered or removed regardless of upgrades purchased.
The current policy about the footer in the support documentation:
May I remove the ‘Blog at WordPress.com’ credit in my site’s footer?
Although the Custom Design Upgrade certainly grants you the capability to hide the credit from your site’s footer, you are not permitted to do so. Even our VIP bloggers are required to maintain the credit.http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions

Oops! sorry I didn’t know! My question is why some wordpress websites, that I have visited, have customized footer then ?!
-
There are two types of “WordPress” – see below for more info
For more on the difference: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You probably saw a WordPress.ORG install without the footer – however some Theme builders require the footer credits so just having a WordPress.ORG install does not mean you can take the footer off
I don’t think many people read the footer anyway – just put some content on you blog an push the footer down a bit
-
Thanks for your explanation. But I don’t want to take the footer off, just add something on it, that is all !
-
You can add text ahead or behind the footer – it takes the CSS upgrade to do that – there are people that help in the CSS forum – if you post a new post to that section and explain what you want to do, they should be able to help you
-
I have the CSS upgrade already, I have typed in CSS Editor the CSS codes to add text ahead the footer, it didn’t work. I will contact the rest of CSS forum guys, thanks for your help
-
You be welcome
Just a note on CSS – each theme is a bit different and that makes all the CSS code very theme specific
-
What exactly did you try?
Where do you want the additional text to show, on the same line as the credits or on its own line? -
-
-
Paste this into the CSS editor:
.site-info:before { color: #FFFFFF; content: "YOUR TEXT HERE"; } -
-
You’re welcome.
Let’s not that you changed your mind an turned the additional text into a separate line above the credits. CSS in this case:.site-info:before { color: #FFFFFF; content: "YOUR TEXT HERE"; display: block; text-align: center; }By the way, you could also use the copyright symbol instead of the actual word:
©
