In the Contact Form how can I keep it from publishing "my" information?

  I put a contact form on a page “Contact me” and out in public it displays my name & e-mail address. I want it to be blank.

  I’ve returned the page to a draft until I hear from you, so please hurry. :)
  Can’t do business until this is fixed.

  btw: WordPress is well-designed — intuitive for the most part

  If you are logged into your WordPress.com account, the contact form will automatically fill in *your* information – your information isn’t publicly viewable – you are the only one that sees your information.

  The form does the same thing for anyone else that is viewing it. If they are logged into their WordPress.com account, it will fill in their information.

  To view what the form looks like to outside visitors who don’t have a WordPress.com account (or aren’t logged in), simply log out of your account then visit your contact form.
