In the “my domains” page, the “edit” button does not do anything. As a result, I can not add any custom DNS records. Can you do anythin about this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
After looking into your account, I see that custom email records have already been added. Do you still need help with this?
If you do, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
If that doesn’t help, cannot you provide me the records and I can add them for you in the meantime.
Thank you!

Hi Grace,
Thnx for the quick reply.
Clearing out cache and cookies makes no difference.
I have also tried the edit button in the three big browsers (FF, Chrome, IE) and on different PCs.The custom email records that are added, were added automatically when I mapped my giftermusic.com domain to my wordpress blog I believe.
However, my mail addresses (with @giftermusic.com) are not working so I wanted to take a look at the custom DNS records and that is impossible if the “edit” button does not do anything. In the meanwhile, I am contacting my site’s host for the exact records so I can give you those.

Hi there,
That is strange! I haven’t seen any other users with this issue as of yet, but I’ll keep an eye out.
Just to make sure, are you reaching that page from this link:
https://giftermusic.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
Does it work when you try from a different location like a coffeeshop or library?

Thank you very much, that link works!
I was apparently clicking the “wrong” edit button.
My steps were clicking:
https://wordpress.com/settings/account -> My Sites -> (giftermusic.wordpress.com) Domains -> My Domains -> Edit
That button does nothing, even now. I just checked. -
Hi there,
I’m glad it worked out! I was able to reproduce the issue, but it looks like it has now been fixed. I am able to access the Edit Domain the way you did the first time around on Chrome, FF, and Safari.
Let me know if you find otherwise!

It still does not work from my site.
I am located at my working place now, so maybe that’s the issue here.
When I get home tonight I will try.
However, it does work through the link you suggested so this workaround works for me. :) -
