In the theme Bueno, where is the "featured posts widget" it claims you can have?

  I’m using WordPress Bueno theme. The promo piece says it has a “Featured posts widget”. I want to upload this widget but I can’t find it anywhere in Widgets. Please tell me if it exists and where? Thanks
