  Had just learned WordPress and then I set up a new site and everything has changed. I just give up….. very disappointed. At this stage I will seriously look at Bootstrap. I just cannot believe this…. or am I doing something very wrong….confused… Kerry

  Sorry this confusion relates to casper365.com. I can download theme but everything is different then….????? Can’t change the header (random) etc

  That no a WordPress.COM hosted blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
