In Vigilance theme, how to eliminate the horizontal black line underneath title?

  How can I get rid off that black line that is underneath the title of my blog? (Pesky etc etc)

  That line only appears when a mouse moves over it. It indicates that the reader has moused over linked anchor text. If there were no line then how would the fact that the reader is hovering over linked anchored text be communicated to them?

  Result – the most important link on your front page is now removed from your header
