In which plan of wordpress.com can I install plugins?

  I want to install PDF viewer, but I have a free plan, and I can’t, so I wanna know in which plan wordpress allows me to install plugins to purchase that plan, thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, plugins only apply to self-hosted blogs and web sites using the WordPress.org software. Plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons.

  Your best bet would be to create a self-hosted WordPress site. Please see the following document which gives a detailed explanation of the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
