inability to choose the Premium plan

    Hello,
    Currently in the free plan, I cannot choose the Premium plan at 14 € / month (no ‘Choose’ button appears).
    Is this normal?

    Since you previously had a WordPress.com Business plan, your site was converted to one that allows plugins and custom themes (and a wpcomstaging.com URL). This is why you cannot select a Premium plan.

    You have two options here:

    1. Sign up for another WordPress.com Business plan and keep all your existing site content.

    2. We downgrade your site back to what it was before you purchased a Business plan – this likely will delete all your content that you have on your site currently. Then you would be free to purchase a Premium subscription.

    If you want to downgrade, we will need to explain in more detail how that process works and get your approval to do so.
