Inability to customize website due to limitations of ‘editor’ role.

  Hi there. I’m currently only an Editor on my website. How can I assume the role of Administrator, if I have no clue who the Administrator is?

  Our colleague who used to manage the website, cannot recall who has administrator access. In need of help. Many thanks if you’re able to help.

  Hi –

  Please share the URL of the site in question. We can’t help you gain a higher user role as that can only be given by an admin of the site. We can reach out to the owner though and maybe that will help y’all get things straightened around.

  Hi there,

  kchadyouth and monicagord are the Administrators on your site and they are the only ones that can upgrade your user role.
