inability to import file wordpress

    The problem is that it’s able to do import a file with wordpress as choosing this option the following screen
    appears, before they have even shown the file to import:

    “Busy …

    We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you do not hear from us Within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed. “
