Inability to load video

  I am now unable to upload video into a blog….the system no longer works….I click “done” but nothing happens.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  So sorry to hear you’ve encountered this issue. I checked your storage space, and you are absolutely fine in that area. You are currently using 912.9 MB out of 13.0 GB upload limit (7%).

  Could you please attempt the upload in a browser other than Safari, such as Chrome and Firefox? Let me know if you experience a different result.

  I still cannot download video. Why is this? I paid the $100. It acts as if I have not upgraded. I have downloaded many videos in the past.

  I can no longer use videos in blogs…..what value is the upgrade?

  Did you upload using Chrome or Firefox? I need to know if you’ve done this, so I can troubleshoot the issue. Let me know if the exact same think happens as Safari.

  Additionally, I’d like you to clear the cache in Safari, refresh your Dashboard in your browser, and then attempt to upload again.

  I have down loaded Chrome…but I still cannot download video using it…the system asks if I wish to upgrade…..I have already upgraded and have downloaded video in the past.

  Hi there! I’m confirming you’re referring to your WordPress.com site: beingheresite.wordpress.com. Can you let me know if that is correct? If so, you’re only using 912.9 MB out of 13.0 GB upload limit (7%). So, space isn’t an issue.

  Could you send me a link to a page/post that you’ve successfully loaded a video to in the past?
