Or are you trying to connect your WordPress app (on your Linux computer) to a different site instead? If so what is the URL so we can take a closer look?

You are right
All the mentioned websites follow my account username
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
My problem is that I used to log in via the browser via the Gmail account icon, and now I try to log in after installing the word press system on my laptop and there is no box to log in via Gmail, and of course I do not have a password

In the browser, you can log in to WordPress.com here: https://wordpress.com/log-in/

Once you are signed in you can set a password for your account here: https://wordpress.com/me/security/password

If you do that, are you able to use that password to sign in on the WordPress app as well? Thanks for the additional info!

That is not possible via the desktop apps. You will need to log in with your account’s normal username and password.

If you do not yet have a password for the account, you can establish one by disconnecting from Google at https://wordpress.com/me/security/social-login (you’ll be able to re-connect with Google later).
