Inability to reneew

    Hi, I would like to know if in case I am not able to renew my plan, what would happen to my site? Will all the contents be gone? Or will the site revert to xxx.wordpress.com? TIA

    The contents would all still exist. If you had purchased a custom domain (johnsmith.com for example), that domain would no longer work once it expired. But your johnsmith.wordpress.com domain will still work and would still display all of your content.

    If you purchased a plan with extra storage space and you had used more than the 3gb of storage that comes with the free plan, the extra storage would not be deleted. But you would not be able to upload any additional media until you had deleted enough that your storage usage was below the 3gb that free accounts have.

    And finally, if you purchased a plan that allowed Custom Design customization, those customizations would disappear once the plan expired.

    Does that all make sense?
