inaccessible side/menu bar

  the side Menu/bar of my Accounts page has moved out of the page . i cant access the settings menu and am finding it difficult to edit my account

  That sounds rather odd. Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?

  thankyou! I followed all the google steps in clearing all the cookies and cache..but there is no change

  Can you let me know what browser and operating system you’re using, as well as the versions?

  Could you try viewing your site in a different internet browser, like Firefox or Chrome?
