I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

We’ll need you to post in this thread as the billed user, not just quote an email address.
If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Also, once logged in to the correct account, you can cancel and refund the charge via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

That is because you are not logged in as the account which was billed.
You will need to log out of WordPress.com and log in as the correct account.
If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Once logged in to the correct account, you can cancel and refund the charge via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
