inaccurate graphs for wp statistics

There was a post a few hrs. ago where it was determined that people’s statistics suddenly increased. An April Fool’s joke by wordpress.
I notice that my data is now the opposite, graph bar charts look real low, but mousing over, the original view statistics was fixed.
Would appreciate that this be fixed.

Lol! I didnt even realize it was an aprils fools joke. Im so gullible. I remember when I logged in it was at 400 but it only had 30 something views. lol

Jean, try force refreshing the page or log out, cookie and cache dance, log in and see if it doesn’t come back to normal.

Actually i found it a very cruel “joke” as i had a bad day’s viewing of 8 and yet sometimes have had 80 or more. Normally i find wordpress’s humour in good taste and making me smile, this definitely didnt.

Stats. got right-sided.
I think what wp is forgetting is that some people run small businesses and use their wp.com blog for soft marketing of expertise. These folks don’t much time with horsing around with strangers.
Joke seems to have wasted volunteer wp support folks here, trying answer some questions on same thing, not here but elsewhere on forums.
Would people want ie. government employees to play an April’s fool joke on citizens and taxpayers?
