The name I want is taken but inactive. I would like my wordpress to be satya.wordpress.com and the person has posted once since 2005. Can that person be removed?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Nope.

If you find that an active blog address is registered by another user, you may be able to obtain it for your use if the owner of the blog agrees to transfer it to you. You may contact the blog owner – via a comment on their site or through a contact form, if available – to ask for their consent. If you do not get permission, or do not hear back from the blog owner, we cannot transfer the blog address to you.

Hello thanks for your quick response. The link to the blog is https://satya.wordpress.com

The blog had no content and no action since it was generated 2005. If you take a look you will see that it’s just the generic wordpress layout. There is no personal input.

    I know that.

    I know that too.
But, the article is very, very clear:

    Cheers.

P.S.: I’m volunteer and I do not work for wordpress.com
