  I have an account that has been inactive for many years. Katieemmettdesigns. I would like you to delete the account and the domain for me please. As i can no longer get into the account or have access to the email it is connected too.

  Hi, we do have to have convincing evidence that the account actually belongs to you, though. Otherwise, anyone could walk in and take over your site just by saying it’s theirs:

  If it was a free site, your best bet will be regaining access to email. Have you considered reaching out to the email provider to reactivate the account?
