inactive accounts

    So I’m new to wordpress and trying to make a domain name, but the domain I want is being used by an inactive account. Is there any I can go about getting that account deactivated?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Neither sites nor usernames expire here on WordPressdotcom even if the last post on a site was many years ago.

    If the site/URL has been deleted by the author, it may become available 2 years after deletion as long as there is no technical conflict involved. If the site is available you can try to register it. If it is not available, then nothing further can be done.

    If the WordPressdotcom site has been abandoned and not deleted, you can try leaving a comment on an open comment form or contact form and ask that the current owner will transfer it to you. If they don’t answer, there is nothing further that can be done.
