  Hi there, I am looking for the right forum that i can ask about minor details on wordpress.org that i am currently using. I bought my web from different host. But I am working on the wordpress dashboard. The Issue is that My block menu is not active when i try to add new image, text and map so on. Basically It does not allow me to add any block when i create a new page or post. I am not sure what exactly happened. If anyone knows where i can get help, that would be awesome.

  Hi there,

  For the WordPress software (from WordPress.org) which is hosted elsewhere rather than WordPress.com. you can find support forum at here https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  However, you can try to login directly to your WordPress.org dahsboard. Please try this your_website_url/wp-login.php (ex: http://www.domain.com/wp-login.php). Login using that portal & hope you’ll be able to make the changes.

  Else, you can ask the WordPress.org community where you’ll find more experts on open source software for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. They’re the people using the same software as you who can provide help. Hope this helps.
