Inactive Blog in place of address I want to use

  I would like a web address but it is taken by a blog that hasn’t posted since 2006. The site in question is linked where my blog would be linked, as I do not have one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Contact the blog owner on your own and convince them to transfer the blog name to you.

  WordPress.COM will not help you contact the blog owner, privacy reasons

  Or you can buy a custom domain name and map it to a blog here

  Hey thanks. I’m gonna try. I already have my blog

  technologyuncovered.wordpress.com

  but if I can then I’ll get the techtime one because that would more suit me.. Thanks again,
