Inactive Sites – Domain I Want

    Greetings WordPress community, I recently signed up to WordPress.com in order to begin a new blog focused on technology and computer sciences. Spending several hours pondering on a good name for my new blog, I finally came to the name: Geekify. However, when I attempted to create the site, geekify.wordpress.com was unfortunately already taken. So I decided to look up geekify.wordpress.com, and to my surprise, I discovered a Blog that was created in 2009. Not a single post was ever added to the blog, and it was abandoned. So this is where my question comes in: Is it possible to have the 6 year old blog removed? I really would appreciate it if I could use the address somehow.
