Inactive WordPress account charge

    I haven’t used my WordPress account in over 7 years but was charged a large amount just last week; so I logged into my account & followed all possible steps in order to request a refund but there is no record of any purchase payment anywhere. I have proof of the charge from my bank but there is absolutely no purchase history on my WordPress account.
    I need help!

    You created the account ortallyfantastic75e7ae7c30 only a few days ago so it cannot be charged for a almost 7 years old site.

    You must go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to find out what that charge is all about and to which account it is connected. It’s also possible to get a refund from the same page
