Inadequacy charge from deactivate wordpress account.

Hi I have a issue that is irritating me.
Let me explain first. Now I am using other account that I recreated to ask you question because you never have help form on this website.
So My account was already deactivated but it charged to my credit card for couple days ago. I cannot understand at all. I tried to fix it but like I said my account was closed and email address not longer used for it.

Even I dont remember my username , password and so on but you charged money .
I need quick assistance to get this done.

I checked the other account and found it’s active and I didn’t find a support history on it. The auto renew option was enabled for the domain upgrade (to “skyworld24.com”), that’s why it was renewed.

When you get the access back, you will be able to manage the purchases with that user.
